• MITTAL CLASSES reserves the rights to deny any admission without giving any reason whatsoever it may be.
• Confirm your age, eligibility & domicile for next coming NEET/ JEE/ Olympiad Exam. MITTAL CLASSES will not be responsible for any matter regarding age, eligibility & domicile.
• MITTAL CLASSES reserves the right to make any change in Study hours, time table, venue etc.
• If any information given by candidate is found incorrect or false, his/her admission will be cancelled without any refund.
• The responsibility of getting the admission form forwarded to the examination body is that of the student himself/herself or that of the Guardian.
• The Parents can meet the Director Sir or the members of the Managing Committee for any enquiry about their ward’s progress or any other problem concerning their ward with the prior appointment only.
• Students enrolled with Mittal Classes will have to provide a photo copy of the Admit Card of the respective Entrance Examination (JEE/NEET/OLYMPIADS) as soon as they receive their admit card from the examination body before tests on complete course during Test Series.
• Use of mobile phone for a student in MITTAL CLASSES campus is strictly prohibited. The student shall be imposed monetary punishment, debarment from class or termination.
• Please understand that the student fee is needed to be paid on time and Mittal classes cannot keep reminding the student/parent for the fee. It is the duty of the parent/student to ensure that fee is submitted on time. Please don't expect reminders from Mittal Classes regarding this. Please note that if a student fails to pay the fee by the end of the month of due installment date/month, the name of the student might be struck-off from the roll-list. If this happens then the student will have to pay readmission fees.
• Please understand that non-clearance of any Cheque(s), submitted towards fee installment, is liable for Legal Action. In such cases, the student will have to pay Rs. 1000/- fine along with the amount of the installment.
• After depositing the course fee if a student becomes disinterested or fails to join the classes for any reason, any refund will be considered as per refund rules. This fee will not be transferred to some other student account.
• The registration money deposited towards a particular course will not be adjusted against any other course.
Refund Rules
At Mittal Classes, we provide quality education and ensure student satisfaction. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. Below are the guidelines for our refund policy:
How to Apply for Refund
1. One must submit the Admission Cancellation/Refund application form to apply for any refund. Last Date to Apply for First Refund and Last Refund is mentioned on fee schedule paper given along with admission.
2. Prescribed Admission Cancellation/Refund Application Form can be obtained from our Office.
3. Refund request made verbally or through phone/email/fax shall not be entertained in any case.
4. Refund Application in the prescribed format will be accepted along with Original Fee Receipt, MITTAL CLASSES Identity Card. No refund will be made after the Last Refund Date, except special cases as below.
5. The date of submission of application will be considered as the last studying day of the student and not the day on which the student stopped coming to the Institute for classes.
6. Refund will be credited in Father / Mother / Student Bank Account through NEFT / RTGS mode only. For this you have to submit Cancelled Cheque or Bank Passbook first page copy along with Refund Form.
7. Refund rules are SAME even
a. If a student joins class after commencement date or
b. If a student doesn't join or attend even a single class at all or
c. If a student apply for refund before commencement of the class
Refund in Special Case After Last Refund Date
1. If an enrolled Student get Admission in any Government Medical / Engineering College (for which he has taken Admission) located in India for MBBS / BDS / B.Tech. / B.E. / B.Arch. only through any Competitive Examination, refund will be made after deducting amount equivalent to Last Refund amount out of Fee Paid. Refund shall not be payable if amount paid is less than amount equivalent to Last Refund amount.
2. Refund of fee will be applicable only for the aforesaid courses. Refund will not be made for B.Pharma / B.YNS / B. Physiotherapy / B.VSc, B.Sc. and other Courses.
3. Last date for such special case refund is 30 SEPTEMBER of current academic year.
4. For this following documents must be submitted along with prescribed Refund Application Form.
a. Original Fee Receipt of MITTAL CLASSES.
b. Identity Card of MITTAL CLASSES.
c. Photo Copy of College Call Letter / Counseling Letter.
d. Fee Receipt of College Admission.
5. Refund application on the ground of severe disease may be considered by the management committee, after passing Last Refund date on submission of Medical Prescription / Report.
6. There is no refund rules for any Online course/ Test Series/ Distance Learning Program.
7. For any legal dispute jurisdiction will be Palwal (Haryana) only.
8. No refund of any amount shall be done to any student if rusticated from the Institute on disciplinary grounds.
9. Mittal Classes management reserves the right to reject any refund application without any reason, whatsoever.
10. These refund norms will be applicable till government not generate new refund policy.
Important Points
1. Admission in a particular course at a particular location is subjected to availability of seats.
2. Keep your fee receipt safely, in many cases it will work as an authentic proof of your registration at MITTAL CLASSES.
3. After Fee Deposition, students must complete Registration process for attendance purpose and collect Permission Card by showing Original Fee Acknowledgement.
4. After Fee Deposition Batch/Section Change is permissible (subject to availability of seat and performance of the student) on payment of prescribed fee as per list given below:
Batch Change : 1000/-
Duplicate ID Card : 100/-
Duplicate Fee Receipt : 200/-
Re-Admission Fee : 1000/-
5. If a student fails to deposit 2nd Installment on or before the Last Date mentioned in Fee Schedule, late fee @ 50/- per day will be charged (in addition to Fee) upto 30 days. After this the admission shall be treated cancelled without any prior information & refund of fee.
*Days will be counted from class commencement date.
